Five Steps for Making Mint Tea

1. Grab a handful of mint leaves and wash them. (don't ask me where you get mint leaves.... there just happens to be some growing in my yard)

2. Put 4 cups of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.

3. Take the water off the stove and immediately add the mint leaves. Then put the lid back on and let it sit for 20 minutes. (you might want to find something to do so you won't just sit there watching the pot)

4. Take the mint leaves out and throw them away. Add one-and-one-half cups of sugar and stir it until it dissolves.

5. Pour the flavored water into a gallon jug. (you might want to use a strainer) Then add water until the jug is full. And of course put it in the fridge.

It's the best drink ever invented! (in my opinion)

One thing you forgot to mention ... just that those mint leaves were frozen. That's why they look so gross. They really aren't though ... :)
